Social Projects

Recognising that society needs businesses just as much as businesses need society, we believe we have responsibilities towards society. We believe that these responsibilities should not merely be part of brand management, but that everyone in the workplace has a duty to fulfil their social responsibilities without expecting any commercial return. Üsküdar University

We are actively involved in the “Working Group on the Restructuring of the Value System and Codes of Conduct in the Turkish Business World,” which was established under the Institute of Sufi Studies at Üsküdar University.

Kerim Foundation

We provide organizational efficiency consulting services to the Kerim Foundation’s commercial subsidiaries.

Universities

Each year, upon invitation, we deliver lectures and seminars on topics such as Preparation for Corporate Life, Organizational Development, Human Resources Management, Talent Management, and Strategy Management to undergraduate and graduate classes at various universities.

Okan University

2016

Since 2016, we have been serving as a “Visiting Faculty Member” at Okan University, teaching credit-bearing elective courses and seminars.

TÜBİTAK 1003

2015

In 2015, TÜBİTAK 1003 – First, under the R&D Projects Support Program, within the framework of the “Call for Proposals to Improve the Quality of Education Through the Development of Teacher Quality,” we prepared a project proposal titled “A New Policy Proposal for the Design of In-Service Training: Alignment with the Teacher Profile,” and we were ranked among the top 18 out of 175 projects

Yıldız Technical University

2014

Since 2014, we have been conducting “Preparation for Corporate Life” seminars for senior students in the Mechatronics Engineering Department at Yıldız Technical University and providing career coaching to selected high-performing students. Since 2014, we have been conducting “Preparation for Corporate Life” seminars for senior students in the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at Yıldız Technical University, and each year we provide career coaching to selected high-performing students.

Istanbul Development Agency

2014

In 2014, in response to a call for proposals issued by the Istanbul Development Agency (İSTKA) to public institutions, we partnered with Yıldız Technical University to develop a model designed to ensure that students and recent graduates are trained not only to meet the technical requirements of the sectors they will enter—in line with their professional training—but also to be equipped with behavioral competencies, thereby enhancing their employability. We submitted an application for İSTKA funding based on this model.

Istanbul Technical University

2013

In 2013, we conducted an assessment and evaluation exercise with a group of master’s students from the Faculty of Aerospace Engineering at Istanbul Technical University.
